Training Specialist – Fleet Specialist

📋 Description

• As a member of Waabi’s Training and Compliance Team, you’ll develop the Fleet Specialist workforce
• Deliver technical curriculum on vehicle systems, hardware/software interfaces, troubleshooting
• Ensure FS is fully certified and operationally ready before deployment.
• Lead onboarding for Fleet Specialists from classroom to field certification.
• Coordinate with Dispatch/FS Supervisors to translate engineering changes into field instruction.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years as Fleet Specialist or similar role in autonomous/Class 8 operations.
• Strong technical aptitude diagnosing/troubleshooting autonomous vehicle systems.
• Experience with platform shakeout tests, mixed reality training, and pre/post-trip protocols.
• Ability to deliver structured safety-critical training and assessments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented LMS/tracking.
• Occasional travel to other sites may be required.
