🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience
• Strong visuals, merchandising sense, and process improvement mindset
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach staff, and manage budgets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a dynamic retail environment
