- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations in a school program
- Provide direct, individual, group, and family therapy
- Lead supervision, training, and collaboration with clinicians
- Partner with families and school staff to support students
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
- Foster positive, trauma-informed school environments
🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in-state
- 2+ years supervising clinicians in a clinical setting
- 4+ years experience with children/adolescents in mental health
- Proficiency in risk assessment, crisis intervention
- Strong documentation and use of EMR/Mot Microsoft Office
