Licensed School-Based Clinical Program Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations in a school program
• Provide direct, individual, group, and family therapy
• Lead supervision, training, and collaboration with clinicians
• Partner with families and school staff to support students
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
• Foster positive, trauma-informed school environments

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in-state
• 2+ years supervising clinicians in a clinical setting
• 4+ years experience with children/adolescents in mental health
• Proficiency in risk assessment, crisis intervention
• Strong documentation and use of EMR/Mot Microsoft Office
