Event Manager (Freelance)

📋 Description

• Main on-site manager for Candlelight Concerts at Fever Originals
• Lead field staff, coordinate with Fever Originals Manager
• Manage staff list, scheduling, and vendor communications
• Ticket checks, audience seating, candle setup, and staff training
• Inventory, print materials, and guest list management
• Provide weekly reports and site visit support for new venues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in event planning and operations (music/event focus preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead onsite operations teams
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with AV/PA systems is a plus
• Proficient in using personal laptop for planning and reporting
