Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and drive architecture decisions across the tech stack and establish scalable patterns.
• Lead complex product initiatives from discovery to delivery to end users.
• Build and maintain full-stack software using TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, AWS, and ECS.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate workflows into scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Improve reliability, reduce technical debt, and enhance developer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years full-stack software engineering; at least 4 years at Senior Engineer level with production
• Experience leading multi-team technical initiatives.
• Proven track record building 0-to-1 products in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on experience with modern full-stack stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, AWS, ECS.
• Experience using AI coding tools while maintaining code quality standards.
• Experience in early-stage, venture-backed startups.
