Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain buildings, grounds, and properties to high standards
• Coordinate and perform maintenance across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and painting
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate outside contractors
• Travel between 2–4 sites per day; mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use
• Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines across locations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years building maintenance experience (heating, plumbing, electrical, general repair)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance
• Ability to lift/carry tools, stand/walk/bend, perform repairs
• Strong communication, decision-making, and teamwork
• Drywall repair and carpentry skills
