Staff Business Systems & Process Analyst - Engineering Business Systems

📋 Description

• Lead PLM 2.0 evaluation, requirements, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Manage Global Asset/Tool Management strategy and governance.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
• Translate business needs into process designs, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Oversee engineering document control, lifecycle governance, and traceability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in engineering, information systems, CS, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years with degree; or 12+ years with Master; related experience.
• PLM/engineering, manufacturing, or regulated environments expertise.
• Hands-on with Oracle Agile or Oracle Cloud PLM; Windchill/Teamcenter/Enovia a plus.
• Experience with asset management, data governance, BOM/PLM governance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional leadership.
