Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead implementation of SaaS solutions with government agency teams.
- Own client implementation by providing project management and business rules gathering.
- Develop prototypes using Platform tools and iterate with client feedback.
- Coordinate with PMO to deliver requirements requiring engineering or other teams.
- Manage test planning and align requirements with Product teams; track issues and bugs.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure configuration meets client and PayIt specs.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in a software-based org; client-facing or analyst experience.
- Ability to lead large enterprise implementations across stakeholders.
- Proactive, logical, collaborative problem solving.
- Resiliency; manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude to influence clients on SaaS requirements.
- Experience with PM lifecycle and tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
