📋 Description

• Stand up the Procurement function, defining operating model, policy, thresholds, and decision
• Build and lead the team; hire and develop Procurement Operations leadership.
• Own a portfolio of large agreements; lead negotiations and drive commercial outcomes.
• Carry a hard savings target; baseline methodology with FP&A.
• Establish renewal discipline across the portfolio to create leverage.
• Develop negotiation playbooks, benchmarking, and escalation criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building procurement/strategic sourcing functions.
• Substantial experience negotiating enterprise B2B SaaS and technology agreements with
• People management experience; hiring, developing, retaining teams.
• Fluency translating spend data into executive-level narratives.
• Exposure to public company or pre-IPO purchasing controls, segregation of duties, and audit.
• Confidence using modern tools (e.g., Zip, Ironclad, Slack, Notion, AI) to amplify impact.
