Business Operations Analyst - Order Management

📋 Description

• Drive order form execution for Americas deals with deal desk support
• Support Salesforce operations: opportunity auditing, contract docs, CPQ data
• Ensure revenue docs attached for closed/won Salesforce opportunities
• Assist provisioning to deliver correct products timely
• Analyze acquisitions/integrations for provisioning and CM/entitlement
• Collaborate with stakeholders on back-office improvements and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in business operations or financial analysis
• Operationally focused with efficiency mindset
• Experience with Office, Google Suite, Salesforce; Excel expert
• Productive, proactive with minimal oversight
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills
• Good communication across org levels; hands-on attitude
