PER DIEM- Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician

📋 Description

• Per diem clinical role supporting ESS in public schools
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy within school-based settings
• Care coordination, crisis intervention, and referrals as needed
• Flexible scheduling with options for occasional full-time coverage during extended leaves
• School-day schedule with limited weekends; occasional evenings for family engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Active clinical license in the state (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active licensure and commitment to ethical practice
• Proficiency with clinical documentation and EMR/Microsoft Office
• 4+ years of experience with children/adolescents is preferred
• Experience collaborating with families, school staff, and community services
