Product Manager, LMS

📋 Description

• Own and evolve roadmaps for internal course-authoring and consumer-learning products
• Partner with content teams to translate needs into requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, UX to deliver engaging learning experiences
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into product workflows
• Define KPIs and monitor analytics to guide prioritization
• Manage scope, dependencies, and delivery for course launches

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, with internal/platform and consumer experiences
• Experience owning strategy and end-to-end roadmaps
• Strong project/delivery management, sequencing, and deadline adherence
• Familiarity with LMS/Contentmgmt systems or course-authoring platforms (Articulate 360)
• Strong analytics, KPI definition, experimentation, data-driven decisions
• AI-forward mindset and collaboration with cross-functional teams
