Sr. Training Manager, AMI Educational Engagement- Atlanta, GA

📋 Description

• Facilitation at AMI Immersive customer training programs in Atlanta, GA
• Development and management of AMI Training Center programs
• Development and implementation of customer engagement strategies including end-to-end customer
• Manage in-classroom technologies and engagement strategies to include content development
• Partner with AMI cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support training programs
• Work cross-functionally with the field team on program communications and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Role is based in Atlanta, GA
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 3+ years’ experience in customer education training is required
• 4+ years’ experience in Medical Aesthetics, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical in Sales/Marketing
• Flexibility in work hours including weekends
• Experience in instructional delivery and content/workshop development
