🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; 4+ years of experience
• Strong verbal and presentation skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; basic data analysis skills
• General project management experience; ability to lead change management
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing; understands Quality Systems
• Travel <10%
