Certified Nurse Aide, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Per-diem home health visits for clients in Lexington and/or Richland counties, SC.
• Provide home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to help clients remain at home.
• Must be listed on the South Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Complete BAYADA Competency Evaluation and meet state requirements.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team in home health setting.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of verifiable work experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Listed on SC Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• English proficiency (read/write/communicate).
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements and BAYADA values.
