• Bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.

• Cover full product lifecycle: MVP, testing, UAT, post-release.
• Establish QA practices; design functional tests; manage defects.
• Support automation opportunities and Playwright adoption.
• Collaborate across distributed international teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Business Analysis and QA.
• Agile (Scrum/Kanban); Jira experience essential.
• Experience with Playwright is highly desirable.
• Translate complex requirements into test scenarios.
• Strong remote collaboration and English fluency.
• Experience with professional services a plus.
