📋 Description

• Spend the bulk of your time with engineering to judge what is doable in timeframe.
• Translate strategy into clear requirements and Jira-ready tickets.
• Surface good ideas from engineering and connect to product rationale.
• Define success criteria for each capability and verify delivery.
• Maintain a shared view of Loft's capabilities and gaps.
• Bring the outside in with customer discovery and stakeholder engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, including hands-on product management.
• Domain experience in earth observation, embedded systems, aerospace systems, security & defense.
• Comfort at both market and technology ends of the spectrum.
• Structured and data-driven: show analysis behind recommendations.
• Real product obsession and bias for product-market fit.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
