Project Manager with Agile and Scrum

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, leveraging Agile and Scrum practices to ensure projects are
• Act as Scrum Master and Agile Practitioner, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint
• Lead sprint planning and execution, ensuring stories are clearly understood, appropriately
• Create and maintain burndown charts and daily tracking mechanisms to monitor sprint progress
• Coordinate project planning activities, defining milestones, dependencies, resources, delivery
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments, proactively identifying challenges and driving

🎯 Requirements

• More than 10 years of total professional experience, including at least 4 years of dedicated
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master and Agile Practitioner.
• Recognized Scrum/Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist.
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum frameworks, Agile methodologies, sprint management, backlog
• Proven experience with project planning, delivery tracking, risk management, stakeholder
• Experience managing teams of 20 or more professionals, with demonstrated leadership and
