📋 Description

• Partner with exec leadership and teams across Finance, Ops, Product, and Eng
• Drive strategic initiatives from analysis through execution
• Work on business performance, strategic planning, new initiatives
• Prepare investor and board materials; drive operational improvements
• Balance strategy and execution in a fast-growing environment
• Collaborate cross-functionally to tackle high-priority projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• Analytical, with financial models and data-driven recommendations
• Strong problem-solving and ambiguity management
• Ability to synthesize info into executive-level recommendations
• Experience creating presentations for senior leaders, boards, investors
• Project management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives
