📋 Description

• Oversee shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash controls and customer relations.
• Lead staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and ensure adherence to standards and great service.
• Drive training and onboarding for team members.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe operations.
• Support store profitability and brand standards.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day team performance during the shift.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate all store equipment and process orders by phone or in person.
• Strong math, cash handling, and basic computer/terminal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to read maps, locate addresses, and deliver in designated areas.
• Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching).
