GTM Systems Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets
• Own production support: triage outages, broken automation, and access issues
• Keep LeanData routing graphs accurate as the business changes
• Run the enrichment stack day to day, including CRM hygiene
• Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead routing configuration
• Partner on CPQ configuration alongside Deal Desk

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems
• Experience building inside existing architecture
• Strong admin fundamentals and change management
• Ability to catch issues in sandbox before production
• AI-native tools like Claude or Cursor as daily tools
• Path toward architecture ownership over time
