Consultant, Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• Assess client requirements and design, implement, configure, deploy, and support enterprise
• Own the full implementation lifecycle, including project scoping, planning, development
• Lead project teams and provide technical direction, acting as an escalation point for complex
• Establish clear client expectations, manage ongoing communications, and ensure projects remain
• Provide architecture and design expertise for integrations involving Active Directory, Microsoft
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST services and third-party tools, including cloud-based

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and professional
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing software implementation role, ideally within a legal
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including advanced SQL scripting, relational database
• Experience designing and implementing integrations across multiple enterprise systems and
• Experience with Dell Boomi, Microsoft Azure Data Factory, or similar integration technologies is
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate confidently
