📋 Description

• Lead evolution of Core Banking and Payments products, digital accounts, boleto issuance and
• Diagnose existing account and payment journeys and propose improvements for reliability
• Own and manage the product backlog, balancing technical and functional priorities with stakeholders.
• Define priorities and translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience as a Product Manager, preferably with Core Banking, payments, financial
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with backlog management experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities using data to support decisions (Excel, SQL).
• Understanding of digital accounts, payment methods, reconciliation, settlement, and banking
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners in complex product
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear priorities and solutions.
