PSS Regional Manager - Northwest

📋 Description

• Manage operations for multiple scientific teams in Northern California
• Lead direct reports and client-facing staff in labs/manufacturing settings
• Collaborate with clients to meet resourcing and technical needs
• Hold regular meetings with reports, department, and client management
• Disseminate policies and manage financial responsibilities as defined by Director
• Promote the company vision and drive productivity and value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Biotechnical Sciences, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years leading direct reports
• Lab experience in pharma/clinical/GMP settings
• Ability to travel locally within Seattle area; other travel up to 5%
• Strong client service, communication, and teamwork skills
• Excellent record-keeping, independent work, and adaptability

🎁 Benefits
