📋 Description

• Maintain neighborhood properties and services across Culdesac Tempe
• Track inventory, warranty management, and repairs
• Maintain landscaping and irrigation systems
• Learn and use Entrata OS
• Prioritize maintenance requests promptly
• Inspect property and equipment; implement preventative care

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in property maintenance or related field
• Onsite management of a community (residential/commercial)
• Maintenance experience in multi-family or hospitality
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends; Tue-Sat
• On-call for after-hours maintenance
• Strong communication; able to work cross-functionally
