• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent H&M brand positively during all customer interactions

• Passionate about fashion and in-store creations
• Motivated by giving customers a great experience
• Communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Sales experience in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
• Customer service experience in fashion or retail
