📋 Description

• Onboarding new customers (companies and tax firms) to maximize value
• Primary contact for existing customers; build trust and identify upsell potential
• Proactive health checks and reviews to boost satisfaction and reduce churn
• Collaborate with German Sales and Management to optimize processes and drive growth
• Develop deep product expertise in German finance and accounting landscape

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in accounting, account management, or similar client-facing role
• Qualified as tax clerk/ tax advisor or finance studies
• Strong understanding of finance, invoicing, and accounting needs of SMBs or tax firms
• Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to simplify complex topics
• Hands-on mindset; proactive and process-oriented
• Willingness to travel for onboarding in Paris HQ and client visits in Germany (~monthly)
