Insurance Authorization Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Remote role; must be available 8:30-5pm ET.
• Obtain insurance authorizations for care and support denial processes.
• Serve as liaison between offices, carriers, and revenue cycle teams.
• Mentor and educate team members.
• Drive authorization and eligibility workflows in systems.
• Build relationships with teams and provide documentation training.
