📋 Description
- Support CRA and Fair Lending programs for compliance
- Collect, monitor, validate, and report CRA data
- Manage submission of CRA/HMDA data to regulators
- Analyze CRA, HMDA, and community data for reports
- Evaluate Fair Lending performance and identify disparities
- Review community development loans and investments for CRA eligibility
🎯 Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to handle large data sets
- Experience in CRA, Fair Lending, banking, or financial services advantageous
- Understanding of CRA data management or compliance preferred
- Knowledge of banking products and residential lending is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and project-tracking abilities
