Director, Internal Communications

📋 Description

• Own internal communications strategy, cadence, and messaging architecture across Five9.
• Lead the internal channel stack, including intranet, email, and messaging platforms, with budget
• Set messaging sequencing and localization standards to ensure consistent communications globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in internal/employee communications in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or enterprise tech company.
• Public company internal communications experience including earnings cadence, quiet period, and
• Proven multi-channel internal communications leadership with experience across all-hands
• Strong writing/editorial skills and ability to partner with People, Legal, Investor Relations, and
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for drafting, testing messages, sentiment analysis, and
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
