Test Craftsperson/Automation

📋 Description

• Remote-first testing lead across the full SDLC in a CD environment.
• Own functional and automated testing; plan test conditions and scenarios.
• Build, maintain, and improve automation frameworks with modern tech.
• Use AI tools to generate test cases, edge cases, mock data, and docs with oversight.
• Develop automated test scripts; troubleshoot failures; improve reliability.
• Understand user behavior to ensure stability, predictability, and safe deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Automation QA Engineer, Test Engineer, or similar roles.
• Strong testing methodologies; commitment to quality.
• Cypress or Playwright and JavaScript expertise.
• Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
• BDD with Cucumber and Gherkin.
• OO programming, web tech (HTML, jQuery).
