Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Lead Architect and advisor translating business strategies into ServiceNow solutions
• Drive international IT and enterprise service transformation
• Engage C-Level stakeholders and facilitate workshops
• Ensure quality through architecture principles and best practices
• Support solution design, demos and RFP responses
• Lead and mentor consultants, develop standards and assets

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in consulting/IT services, 5+ years focused on ServiceNow
• Proven experience leading large, multi-modular ServiceNow implementations
• Deep ServiceNow ecosystem knowledge: architecture, data modeling, integrations
• ServiceNow certifications: CS Admin and at least one CIS cert (ITSM/ITOM)
• Solid JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP experience
• Proficient in process modeling, agile methods, German/English
