• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise the habilitation tech staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
• Collaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs and others to implement and evaluate

🎯 Requirements

• RN with 2+ years of experience as an RN.
• 2+ years with IDD population experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
