Procurement Specialist II

📋 Description

• Operational support of the procurement process and value from services spend visibility.
• Triage incoming requirements to determine engagement type.
• Assist client with establishing or extending SOWs and resource assignments.
• Confer with suppliers for price, delivery schedules, and terms.
• Manage client support activities including timekeeping and milestone tracking via VMS or similar.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client and AGS.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of procurement/procurement-related experience.
• AGS Way Procurement Solutions training completed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data competency with spend analysis.
• Experience with VMS and/or eProcurement tools.
