Job Description
📋 Description
- Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when Store Ops Manager (GM) is not present.
- Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members engaged in both cookie sales and customer deliveries.
- Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training.
- Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires in the manager’s absence.
- Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
- Hold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies’ standards.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store
- Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
- POS system experience
- MS Office, Word and Applicant Tracking System proficiency
- Ability to work 4-5 day weeks with Thu-Sun shifts
- 18+ years old with legal eligibility to work in the US
