📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness
• Establish a culture of excellence; support growth and opportunity
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops
• Drive in-store recognition programs/contests

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
• Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
• Player-coach leadership style
• Hospitality mindset and customer service focus
• Technical acumen with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
