Clinical Quality Lead

📋 Description

• Define clinical standards for home visits, including medication administration, infusion practices
• Develop clinical review criteria, decision frameworks, quality indicators, and escalation pathways
• Own investigation and resolution of medication errors, adverse events, near misses, and other
• Conduct root cause analyses and CAPA processes with a systems-oriented approach to distinguish
• Determine corrective actions such as nurse education, competency reassessment, marketplace
• Produce clear, accurate, balanced, defensible investigation findings for nurses, pharmacy partners

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3+ years in clinical quality, patient safety
• Direct experience conducting clinical incident investigations using RCA and CAPA methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, medication safety, clinical documentation, and escalation.
• Exceptional written communication to produce precise, balanced findings and guidance.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate remotely in a fast-paced environment.
