Job Description
📋 Description
- Define clinical standards for home visits, including medication administration, infusion practices
- Develop clinical review criteria, decision frameworks, quality indicators, and escalation pathways
- Own investigation and resolution of medication errors, adverse events, near misses, and other
- Conduct root cause analyses and CAPA processes with a systems-oriented approach to distinguish
- Determine corrective actions such as nurse education, competency reassessment, marketplace
- Produce clear, accurate, balanced, defensible investigation findings for nurses, pharmacy partners
🎯 Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3+ years in clinical quality, patient safety
- Direct experience conducting clinical incident investigations using RCA and CAPA methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of nursing standards, medication safety, clinical documentation, and escalation.
- Exceptional written communication to produce precise, balanced findings and guidance.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate remotely in a fast-paced environment.

- Base salary of $102,000–$112,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
