📋 Description
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of internal and external events: timelines, venues, vendors
- Serve as primary coordinator during events, managing vendors, attendees, speakers, and internal
- Complete post-event responsibilities: breakdown, invoicing, budget reconciliation, feedback
- Research STEM-focused events and conferences; provide ROI, budget, and audience-based
- Deliver information sessions and presentations to university partners and students; communicate
- Develop content for reports, presentations, and program communications (PowerPoint, briefs).
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience coordinating and executing events across the full
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills; comfortable engaging university partners and
- Adaptable to changing requirements; thrives in a dynamic federal environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
