📋 Description

• Lead Architect for strategic ServiceNow solutions
• Drive enterprise transformation of IT and service processes
• Advisor to C-Level, workshops and architecture discussions
• Ensure delivery quality with architecture principles and QA
• Support pre-sales with solution design and demos
• Mentor senior/junior consultants and share best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in consulting/IT services
• 5+ years focused on ServiceNow
• Deep ServiceNow ecosystem knowledge: architecture, data model, integrations
• ServiceNow certifications: SN Admin + at least one Specialist cert
• JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP
• Process modeling, agile methods (Scrum/Kanban)
