Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Lead Architect and advisor translating business strategies into scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Steer international IT and enterprise process transformations with multi-modular ServiceNow
• Act as trusted advisor, moderate workshops and communicate up to C-Level.
• Ensure quality through architecture principles, QA, and best practices.
• Support pre-sales with design, demos, estimates, and RFP contributions.
• Lead and mentor consultants, develop standards and reusable assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in consulting or IT services; at least 5 focused on ServiceNow.
• Proven leadership of large, complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep ServiceNow ecosystem expertise; platform architecture, design, data modeling, integrations.
• ServiceNow certs: SN Admin and at least one implementer cert (CIS-ITSM/ITOM).
• Technical: JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP; evaluate complex integrations.
• Process modeling, optimization; agile methods like Scrum or Kanban.
