Senior ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Own machine learning projects end-to-end, from problem exploration and experimentation through
• Design and build reliable agentic LLM systems using multi-step workflows, tool calling, retrieval
• Develop robust evaluation strategies, including evaluation datasets, offline/online testing
• Improve model performance via prompt engineering, retrieval optimization, distillation
• Work across the full ML lifecycle: data prep, model adaptation, serving, monitoring, and production
• Partner with Product, Clinical, and Engineering to translate clinical requirements into technical

• Proven experience shipping production machine learning systems used by real users or customers.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying LLM-based systems (prompting, retrieval, tool calling
• Strong evaluation expertise with datasets, frameworks, testing methodologies, and distinguishing
• Strong ML foundations and ability to select approaches based on requirements, evidence, and
