Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Lead Architect & advisor for ServiceNow target architectures
• Drive enterprise transformation of IT and business processes
• Engage with C-Level stakeholders; workshops and requirement analyses
• Ensure quality through architecture principles and best practices
• Support solution design, demos, effort estimates, and RFPs
• Coach senior/junior consultants and develop reusable assets

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in consulting/IT services; 5+ years focused on ServiceNow
• Proven leadership of large, multi-module ServiceNow deployments
• Deep ServiceNow ecosystem knowledge: architecture, data modeling, integrations
• ServiceNow certifications: SN Certified System Administrator + at least one CIS (ITSM/ITOM)
• JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP; complex integrations experience
• Process modeling, delivery, agile methods (Scrum/Kanban); strong communication
