Retail Development Manager w/m/d (Licensing) - GSA and EMEA Agent Markets

📋 Description

• Lead retail licensing development across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria (GSA).
• Serve as central Retail Licensing contact for EMEA Agent Markets.
• Shape licensing strategy, customer marketing, and retailer relations for Hasbro brands.
• Collaborate with licensing agents to unlock retail opportunities for Peppa Pig in GSA.
• Guide agents and retail teams to build commercially focused plans and share best practices.
• Drive growth opportunities through insight-to-action initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent German and English.
• Experience in Retail Licensing, Customer/Trade/Marketing roles, or Consumer Products.
• Proven track record with retailer relationships and commercial growth.
• Experience across multiple international markets and complex stakeholder networks.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and storytelling/presentation skills.
