📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service; welcome & guiding customers in-store
• Promote and sell products; engage in omni experience where available
• Guide customers on fashion trends, stories and products
• Support loyalty app (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Maintain clean, tidy sales floor and back of house
• Assist with opening/closing and stock replenishment

• Passionate about fashion and customer experience
• Strong communicator, creative, curious, flexible
• Experience in fashion/retail or service industries
• Sales experience in dynamic, collaborative environments
• Team player with willingness to learn and develop
• Comfortable with store operations and in-store tech/tools
