📋 Description
- Immunoassay-based biomarker methods for neurodegenerative diseases.
- Work with serum, plasma, CSF, lysate, tissue samples in a lab setting.
- Develop and validate immunoassay workflows for preclinical and clinical cohorts.
- Collaborate with project leads to support biomarker assay development for trials.
- On-site lab work and reporting for internal partners.
- Implement high-performance assay validation procedures.
🎯 Requirements
- B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field with 3+ years in industry using ELISA and
- Strong understanding of immunoassay principles, biomarker quantification, and validation.
- Hands-on experience with protein biomarker applications in clinical or preclinical settings.
- Experience handling human/animal specimens under BSL-2 conditions.
