Data Protection Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day record keeping central to our data protection framework
• Maintain and quality-check Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) for legal entities
• Help run data mapping to view where personal data lives and moves
• Assist with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) identifying high-risk processing
• Support supplier and system due diligence, tracking reviews and flagging issues
• Highlight data protection risks and track actions to resolve them

• Growth mindset in data protection, privacy, compliance or regulation
• Clear written and verbal communication across all levels
• Strong organisation, detail-orientation and ability to manage structured information
• Proactive, able to initiate tasks and learn quickly
• Comfort with repetitive, structured work and curiosity about the why
• Fluent in English; comfortable with spreadsheets
