Registered Nurse (RN), Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing at patients' homes
• Administer meds, wound care, and treatments per care plan
• Perform client assessments and monitor condition
• Educate patients and families, ensure safety and dignity
• Travel to assigned cases as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Home healthcare experience welcomed; training provided
• Calm, compassionate, strong communication and assessment skills
