Principal/ Sr. Principal Electronics Engineer – Mission Processing

📋 Description

• Define and flow hardware/software requirements across architectures.
• Design models for mission processing, networks, data storage, displays.
• Analyze requirements, integrate hardware, test, and assess performance.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to integrate subsystems.
• Lead activities with suppliers: development, acceptance, qualification, integration, test support.
• Develop supplier docs, SOWs, specs, and evaluation criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in a STEM field with 5+ years (Principal) or Master’s with 3+ years; for Sr. Principal
• Experience with MBSE and mission engineering using Cameo or similar SysML tools.
• Experience in mission processing, network/communications design, development, integration, testing.
• Experience developing supplier docs, PWS/SOW, and evaluation criteria.
• Strong systems engineering practices: requirements, flow-down, interfaces, architecture
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required at start; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

• Base salary ranges: $98,400–$147,600 USD (primary) and $122,800–$184,200 USD (secondary).
