- Lead strategic planning and enterprise-wide Corporate Affairs initiatives across regions and
- Scale an enterprise analytics framework with measurable outcomes and governance.
- Coordinate milestones and cross-functional planning for timely decision-making.
- Drive AI roadmap execution and AI-enabled decision support
- Develop AI-enabled workflows, tools, prompts, and best practices with adoption monitoring.
- Translate qualitative/quantitative data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in Corporate Affairs, Communications, or related life sciences field
- Experience in global/multi-regional, matrixed environments
- Proven enterprise transformation with AI, analytics, or emerging tech
- Ability to evaluate AI technologies and translate into scalable tools and governance
- Experience driving change management and cross-functional collaboration
- Designing/measuring frameworks and operating models for strategic programs
