Cook (M-F 5:30am - 2pm)

📋 Description

• Open and prep breakfast service, set up cafe and line by open
• Cook eggs, breakfast meats, sauces, casseroles; prep for lunch
• Serve at lunch, continue batch cooking, assist guests
• Post-service cleanup and prep for next day
• Follow food safety, sanitation, PPE guidelines
• Report unsafe conditions to management

🎯 Requirements

• Cooking experience with eggs, sauces, casseroles, sandwiches
• Volume production and batch cooking
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Knowledge of GFS ordering system and cashiering
• HS Diploma or GED; flexible, team player; valid driver’s license
